MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
Cake:

1 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Miniature marshmallows

Frosting:

1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 stick butter

Melt butter and mix in cocoa. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar and beaten eggs, mixing well. Add flour, salt, pecans and vanilla. Mix well. Spoon batter into greased and floured 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows on top of warm cake, then spread with Mud Frosting.

Combine sugar, milk, cocoa and butter, mixing until smooth. Spread on warm cake.
