1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
3 tbsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. water
Food coloring

Mix all ingredients, heat and stir until it can not be stirred any longer. Cool and knead until you reach the consistency of play dough. Store in a plastic bag.
