MEAT LOAF WITH HORSERADISH 
2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 lb. ground pork
1/4 c. horseradish
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 c. fresh bread, cubed
3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. catsup

Mix all ingredients except the catsup together. Mold into loaf and bake in greased bread pan. Pour catsup over top of loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
