1 stick butter (oleo)
12 oz. chocolate chips
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
13 to 14 oz. Crispix cereal
2 c. powdered sugar
Brown grocery bag

Melt the butter, chips and peanut butter in large pan on stove or large micro-proof bowl. Stir in cereal until well coated. Put about 1 cup powdered sugar in the grocery bag, pour in cereal and then the rest of the sugar. Shake gently until coated with sugar.
