POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. O'Brien potatoes*
2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 stick melted butter

*(You can use hash browns instead of O'Brien potatoes, but add 1/2 cup of minced onion.)

Mix and put in casserole dish and top with the following.

Topping:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 stick butter

Mix together and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
