PUMPKIN PIE 
2 unbaked 9 inch pie shells
4 eggs
1 fat can of pumpkin
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 c. milk (1 can canned evaporated milk and the rest regular milk to make 3 cups total)
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. real pancake syrup (not that over the counter stuff)

Beat 4 eggs well then mix ingredients in with spoon in order listed above (can use mixer on low speed).

Bake at 425 degrees 20 minutes, then 375 for 45 minutes, then 350 until done. Done is when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
