BANANA SOUR CREAM BREAD 
2/3 c. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and bananas. Measure flour, baking powder and baking soda and salt. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream to butter and sugar mixture. Add nuts. Bake 350 degrees, 1 1/4 hours.

Better if allowed to stand overnight. Will store in refrigerator several days. Recipe can be doubled.
