SOUR CREAM BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. oil or butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 to 4 bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat oil, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Add bananas, salt, soda, baking powder. Stir in alternately flour and sour cream. Add nuts and vanilla. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 1 loaf or 8 miniature loaves.
