CHICKEN AND RICE SOUP 
1 (2 lb.) chicken
1 lg. whole onion
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 stalk chopped celery
4 c. water
1 c. rice
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook chicken until tender with onion, celery, bouillon cubes and water. Cook rice separately in saucepan. Rinse and drain rice. Add cooked rice to chicken mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
