CHICKEN SALAD PIE 
2 1/2 c. cubed chicken
3/4 c. English walnuts, chopped
1 (9 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 1/2 c. sour cream dressing
2/3 c. mayonnaise
Sliced stuffed olives, green pepper strips, egg yolk sieved as desired for garnish

Combine chicken, walnuts, pineapple, 1 cup sour cream and 1/3 cup mayonnaise. Place in pie crust. Mix remaining 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/3 cup mayonnaise. Spread over chicken mix. Garnish.

Pie Crust: Add 3 tablespoons grated yellow cheese to regular pie dough for 9" pie. Bake and cool before adding filling.
