FRIED CHICKEN WITH BEER 
1 cut up frying chicken
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp. rosemary
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
7 oz. of your favorite beer

Heat oil in frying pan. Add garlic, chicken, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Fry until golden brown on all sides. Add beer, cover and steam for 15 minutes.
