CHICKEN WITH BEER 
Chicken for 6
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
4 onions, sliced thin
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) beer

Brown chicken and remove. Cook onions until transparent. Drain fat. Stir flour into onions. Add seasonings. Add beer over high heat stirring constantly, until sauce thickens. Reduce heat; add vinegar and stir to blend mixture. Replace chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Bake covered.
