POPPY SEED CAKE 
Yellow cake mix
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix
4 eggs
1 c. water

Mix all ingredients with hand mixer. Bake in bundt pan following time and temperature directions on box. Serve with Cool Whip (or mix 1 box pistachio pudding with Cool Whip and serve as topping.)
