GAZPACHO 
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. onion
1 bell pepper
1/2 cucumber (seeded)
3 cloves fresh garlic
3 slices sandwich bread soaked in water
1/2 c. water (cold)
3 tsp. tomato paste

Blend all the above items in blender until well pureed, then pour into a bowl and add:

2 c. tomato juice
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
3 tsp. olive oil
Season with salt, pepper, MSG or Accent
2 pinches of cayenne pepper

Mix well and strain thru sieve if so desired. If blended enough, straining not necessary.

To garnish: Small bread croutons, finely chopped bell pepper, onion and tomato. Optional: Diced avocado.
