CARROT CAKE 
CREAM UNTIL FLUFFY:

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

SIFT TOGETHER AND ADD:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda

MIX IN:

1 1/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. pecans

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

FROSTING: :

1 (6 oz.) cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 oz. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
