SLAYER BROWNIES 
2 1/2 oz. (2 1/2 sq.) unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1/2 c. quick, or old-fashioned oats, uncooked

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together. Add chocolate mixture, eggs, vanilla, nuts and oats, stirring until ingredients are well blended. Pour batter into lightly greased 9 inch square baking pan. Bake for about 30 minutes until tests done. Cool.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butterscotch bits
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk

Melt butterscotch bits and chocolate bits in a small saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in milk. Immediately spread frosting on cooled brownies.
