BEST MICRO CHILI 
3 lbs. ground beef
3 cans kidney beans with liquid
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste
1 onion, chopped fine
3 tbsp. chili powder

Cook beef and onions on high until browned, about 10 minutes. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and cook on high 20 minutes. Stir and cook 15 to 20 minutes longer.
