FISH AND POTATO BAKE 
2 lbs. fish fillet
4 med. to lg. potatoes, sliced thin
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
Celery salt
Garlic salt
Salt & pepper

In casserole dish layer fish, potatoes (cut in round slices, thin), onions and tomatoes, bell peppers and seasonings. You can cover dish if you like. Also, you can add other seasonings. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. You may have to cook longer if the fish is thick.
