2 1/2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 c. pumpkin (1 can) 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. chopped pecans 3/4 tsp. cloves 2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. granola mix (optional) 1/2 c. oatmeal (optional) 1/2 c. brown sugar (optional) Mix and bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes or 1 loaf at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can store dough in refrigerator for 3 days. |
