1 1/2 lb. 3-4" cucumbers, cut into 1" slices
2 c. 1 1/2" celery slices (about 4 stalks)
3 c. cauliflowerets (about 1 sm. head)
4 qt. water
1/4 c. mustard seed
1 hot red pepper
2 c. 1 1/2" pared carrot slices (about 3 med.)
2 c. peeled pickling onions
2 sweet red peppers, cut into wide strips
1 c. canning salt
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. celery seed
6 1/2 c. vinegar
