CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1 can sweet peas (optional)

Boil chicken; debone and place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix soup, sour cream, and peas, pour over chicken. Crumble crackers and sprinkle on top. Melt butter and spread on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
