Day 10: Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk and mix well.

Put 1 cup starter in 3 containers. Give 2 to two friends and keep one for yourself. Then add to your remaining starter the following: 4 eggs 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. cinnamon (I added more cinnamon to taste) 2 c. flour 1 sm. box instant pudding mix any flavor (I used vanilla)

Mix by hand with wooden spoon. Add 2 cups of chopped apple (or any type of dried fruit), 1 cup nuts or walnuts, 1 cup raisins or coconut (or both). Pour batter in well-greased loaf pans and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. (I used canned pears which turned out very well.)
