1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water

350 degree oven. 8x8 ungreased pan.

Sift the first 5 ingredients into an ungreased pan. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until smooth. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. When cool frost with your favorite frosting. Recipe may be doubled and baked in a 9x13 pan. Makes a moist, dark chocolate, delicious cake.
