EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. biscuit baking mix
Granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl. Beat milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth. Add biscuit mix and mix well. Chill 1 hour. Shape into one inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 6 to 8 minutes lightly brown. Cool. Store tightly covered.
