1 head cauliflower, cut up
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 c. celery, sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Cool Whip

Mix mayonnaise and Cool Whip. Toss with remaining ingredients. Chill.
