DIABETIC CHICKEN 
2 1/2 - 3 lb. whole chicken
Brown paper bag (grocery)
Salt & pepper (opt.)
Deep pan

Wash chicken, add salt and pepper. Place in bag and fold bag and crimp edges. Place in deep pan with bag on back. Cook at 425 degrees in the oven for 1 hour and 15 to 30 minutes. The grease will absorb into bag. About 3/4 cup of broth will be in bottom of bag and pan.
