1/2 c. soft tofu
1/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 pkgs. Sweet & Low
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
