DIET PECAN PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped pecans
2 eggs
3 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 inch pastry shell

Stir ingredients together until well blended. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 25 minutes.
