BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 med. head broccoli, cut in fourths
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and toss with dressing.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar (I use pickle vinegar)
2 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
