BEEF AND WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. raw wild rice, uncooked
1/2 c. white rice, uncooked
1/2 tsp. salt
1 or 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 tbsp. soy sauce
3 1/2 c. boiling water

Brown beef and add celery and onion; cook until tender. Place in casserole with remaining ingredients and mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
