CHICKEN REUBEN 
6 chicken breasts
6 slices Swiss cheese
Sauerkraut
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. catsup

Mix mayonnaise and catsup together. Cut breasts in half. Place a large spoonful of sauerkraut on top of each breast. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each breast. Cover all with mayonnaise and catsup mixture. Bake covered 1 hour at 325 degrees. Remove cover and bake 1/2 hour longer.
