EYE OF ROUND ROAST | |
1/3 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. red wine 2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 c. olive oil Juice of 2 lemons 1 pkg. meat tenderizer Marinade 2 to 6 hours or overnight. Let roast (7 pound) reach room temperature, rub with 1 package of meat tenderizer. Pour marinade back over and let sit 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 300 degrees and bake for 1 hour, turn off and leave in oven for 3 hours. |
