SIRLOIN TIP (RUMP OR EYE ROAST) 
5 lb. roast
Dried onion soup
Mustard
Water

Good way to prepare roast, spread with mustard all around sides of roast. Sprinkle with dried onion soup mix. Roll in Reynolds Wrap with a little water. Put on grill for 2 1/2 hours or in oven at 325 degrees.

The cooking instructions on the meat pkg. says not to put anything on the roast, and it is only 2-1/2 lbs. for a small group. If I cook it at 325°F for 1 hr. and 15 mins. would it be done, I would like it medium rare. I also am cooking a 2-1/2 pork tenderloin roast at the same time in a separate roasting pan, also for 1 hr. 15 mins. and I would like it done, not uncooked. Would that be good to do, at that temp. and time? Also, I am roasting about 12 small red potatoes and 1/2 bag of baby carrots all in the same oven. Timing is very important. I want it all done to the right degree of being cooked and all at the same time to insure a hot, delicious meal.
