CHOCOLATE FUDGE PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
4 1/2 tbsp. powdered cocoa
3/4 c. milk
3 egg yolks
4 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

MERINGUE:

3 egg whites, beaten stiff
6 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients for pie filling in order listed. Pour into unbaked Pet Ritz pie shell. Bake in 350 degree oven until thick and shakes only slightly in middle (about 45 minutes). Take out of oven, reduce oven heat to 325 degrees. Spread on meringue, sealing around edge. Bake until golden brown. This is the easiest pie to make.
