SQUASH CASSEROLE 
8 to 9 squash
1 or 2 med. onions
Crackers
2 eggs
Mushroom soup
Potato chips

Wash squash then chop squash and onion in skillet. Cook and mash thoroughly in the skillet. After cooking the above, mix with crackers in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix soup, eggs and stir into other ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake 325 degrees for about 20 minutes. Top with potato chips just before done and finish baking.
