MINIATURE CHEESECAKE 
12 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients. Put vanilla wafer in small baking cup, round side down. Add cream cheese mixture and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees, then cool. Top with one 8 oz. carton sour cream mix with 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Top with red or green cherry, if desired. Chill several hours. Makes approximately 25 cakes.
