MEXICAN STACK 
(Mark and Sam say to serve these ingredients in separate bowls and let the guests use part or all to make their "stack" --they suggest starting with first ingredient on bottom and building from there.)

Chopped lettuce
Crushed Fritos
Meat (1 lb. hamburger, browned with 1 pkg. taco seasoning added)
Shredded Monterey/Cheddar cheese
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped scallions
Shredded carrots
Chopped green peppers
Chopped olives (green and/or ripe)
Coconut
Mixed Ranch dressing/Picante sauce

Top with guacamole and sour cream.
