CHO - ECLAIR 
1 box graham crackers
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

TOPPING:

4 oz. bar German chocolate
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix pudding as directed. Combine pudding mixture with Cool Whip. Layer crackers then pudding, end with crackers.

FOR TOPPING: In double boiler, melt chocolate in butter and milk. Add in powdered sugar. Mix well. Spread over crackers.
