LIVER BALL 
16 oz. brunsweiger
2 to 3 tbsp. pickle relish
Hot sauce to taste
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 to 2 tbsp. chopped green onion

Mix together all but cream cheese and form into ball. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in refrigerator overnight. Frost next day with 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese that have been thinned with small amount of milk and lemon juice.

For color, dust with paprika or finely chopped parsley. Refrigerate until serving, with assorted crackers.
