POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
2 sticks butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
6 oz. butterscotch pieces
2 c. potato chips, crushed

Mix ingredients in this order. Roll in small balls. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in 300 degree oven on ungreased cookie sheet. Space about 2 inches apart. Cool before removing. Place on paper towels. Yields approximately 5 dozen.
