CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
Light moist cake that doesn't stay around long. A good way to get the kids to eat zucchini!

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. Cocoa
3 (5-inch) zucchini, grated (about 2 cups)
1/2 to 1 cup chocolate chips

Cream sugars, butter and oil together in large bowl. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk to sugar mixture and mix well.

Sift together all the dry ingredients (flour, allspice, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and cocoa). Add flour mixture to the sugar mixture and mix well. Add grated zucchini and mix well.

Pour cake mixture into a greased and floured 13x9-inch cake pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.

Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
