CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI POUND CAKE 
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. nuts

Beat eggs until thick and gradually add sugar. Add oil and chocolate. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt and add to chocolate mixture. It will be thick. Add zucchini and nuts. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a greased and floured bundt cake pan.
