PEANUT DELIGHT DESSERT 
1 1/4 c. chopped dry roasted peanuts
2 c. flour
1 c. butter

Blend flour and butter and add chopped peanuts. Press into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Cream peanut butter and cream cheese, add sugar. Blend in Cool Whip. Spread for next layer.

3RD LAYER:

1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix together to thicken some and spread for next layer.

4TH LAYER:

2 c. Cool Whip

Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped peanuts and 1 Hershey bar (shredded). Refrigerate overnight.
