MEATBALL HOT DISH 
3 lbs. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder

Make into walnut size balls. Freeze until solid on waxed paper.

SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 onion, chopped

Stir until dissolved. Pour over meat balls. Use a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
