BROCCOLI CHICKEN 
12 halves deboned chicken breasts, cooked until tender
3 pkgs. frozen broccoli (or equivalent of fresh broccoli), cooked
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter and 1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs

Place cooked broccoli in flat casserole dish. Place chicken breasts on top of broccoli. Make sauce of soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and cheese. Heat through until cheese melts. Pour over the layers of broccoli and chicken. Saute cracker crumbs in butter until slightly brown. Sprinkle over top and dust casserole with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
