REUBEN MELT 
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 slices of rye bread, toasted on one side
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
8 slices Swiss cheese

Combine corned beef and mayonnaise; spread on untoasted sides of bread. Top with sauerkraut and cheese. Broil 3 minutes or until cheese melts.

Makes 8 sandwiches.
