CHINESE YUM YUM 
1 1/2 lb. ground chicken
1 onion (chopped)
1 c. celery (chopped)
1 c. Chinese noodles
1 pkg. frozen peas (not defrosted)
1 lg. can bean sprouts
1 can mushroom soup

Brown ground chicken completely and drain. Starting with ground chicken layering (do not mix) in order given. Bake about 1 hour at 375 degrees. I use a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Yum yum.
