CHINESE SLAW 
1 can bean sprouts
1 can Del Monte seasoned green beans
1 can La Choy mixed vegetables
1 can tiny English peas
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. celery, sliced thin
1 med. onion, sliced thin and separated into rings
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
3/4 c. vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

In a small saucepan, combine the vinegar and sugar and heat until dissolved. Cool. Drain bean sprouts, green beans, mixed vegetables, peas and water chestnuts. Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl and pour vinegar mixture over all. Blend well.
