Boil enough hot water to cover hot dogs. Turn off. Put hot dogs in pan and cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Drain water off.
Mix biscuit dough according to package directions. Put dough on wax paper. Put another piece on top. Pat dough to 1/4" thick. Remove top paper. Cut dough into 3"x4" strips. Roll a piece around each hot dog. Let the tip of the hot dog show at each end. Pinch the end of the dough to seal it. Put on cookie sheet, sealed edge down. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Eat with mustard and relish.
