FRESH PEACH SAUCE 
Combine in 1 1/2 quart saucepan:

2 c. (about 4 med.) crushed peaches
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice

Stir over high heat until boiling. Simmer, uncovered, about 15 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat. Stir in 2 teaspoons lemon juice and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cool. Makes 2 cups.
